Spree Submission Guidelines Spree accepts queries for possible feature or department articles. As Buffalo’s only city magazine, Spree tries to provide a wide range of engaging and compelling feature articles uniquely relevant to Buffalo and Western New York. We also offer regular coverage of home and garden design, arts and entertainment, food and dining, health and fitness, and travel and leisure. We prefer submissions in query format, rather than as unsolicited manuscripts. Deadlines For Listings / Calendar If you would like your event or organization included in our listings or calendar sections, please remember that all information must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the publication date. We are also happy to accept photography to accompany the information. Any photography submitted should arrive at our offices 45-60 days prior to the publication date. We accept high quality 35 mm slides and prints. Digital images should be submitted via e-mail or on a CD, and should be 300 dpi.
